Family Connection

The Family Connection Group (formerly Parents with Young Children) was originally started in the Spring of 1997 to provide a ministry for Holy Cross mothers to support each other while parenting during the early childhood years.

Over the past 10 years the group’s activities have expanded to accommodate families with young children from newborn to grade school. We are a casual, fun group dedicated to bringing families together through events that range from “Children Play Groups” to “Adult Nights Out”. It is a great way to build friendships and a Christian community through a variety of activities. Below are types of activities and opportunities that are planned monthly throughout the year.

• Opportunities for community service

We invite all women and men with children to experience all that Family Connection has to offer. Our upcoming activities are announced weekly in the church bulletin and in our monthly newsletter posted on the parish website. A suggested donation of $20 is acceptable, which helps fund some of the materials for our events.
