Adult Volunteers
chaperones' required information, documentation and applications
First of all, thank you for your willingness to be a part of SAND Youth Ministry.
Below are a couple of important and necessary steps you must fulfill in order to chaperone the trip/retreat/event/program(s) you wish to be involved with. It is the hope of Holy Cross ministries and the Archdiocese of Chicago that by having all volunteers, working with our teens and children, undergo these educational trainings and background screenings that we will be able to more effectively create safe environments for our children and teens to develop their faith and relationship with God and the Church community.
Thank you for supporting a safe environment for our teens and children. And thank you in advance for your time, both in completing the following list of required documentation and training and for your commitment to serving God and the faith community of Holy Cross and our youth.
